Refund Policy

Please carefully review our refund policy before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Order Changes:
You may request changes to your order before the service has been provided. This includes adding or removing services or adjusting the quantity. Once the service has started, changes may not be possible, but we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellations:
You can request a cancellation before your order is completed. If the project has not been assigned to a translator, you will receive a full refund. If work has already begun, your refund will be prorated based on the progress made by the translator. Secondary services that have not been provided will be fully refunded, while those already completed are not eligible for a refund.
Turnaround Times:
We provide an estimated turnaround time based on past order data. While we strive to meet or exceed this estimate, we cannot guarantee a specific turnaround time as we work with human translators. Delays may occur during initial order processing, such as issues with source files or incorrect selections. Any changes made to the order details may affect the estimated turnaround time.
Quality Concerns:
Translation quality is subjective, and word choices can vary. We will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final translation. In rare cases where the translation does not meet our quality standards, we may offer a refund or a free re-translation, at our discretion.
Revision Requests:
You may request revisions within 30 days of receiving the translation, free of charge, as long as the source material has not been edited. Changes to the source material will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Minor revisions, such as names of people and places, are common and will be addressed to provide you with a finalized translation as quickly as possible.
Translation Acceptance:
We do not offer refunds for translation acceptance issues, except for USCIS submissions. It is your responsibility to ensure that our services meet the requirements of your receiving party. We recommend contacting us to confirm if the requirements are met before placing your order.
Shipping Issues:
We use USPS and FedEx for shipping. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us immediately for assistance. Although we do not offer refunds for shipping issues caused by these third-party service providers, we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
